Digital Marketer
Casual position
Boost Your Brand is a boutique Digital Marketing Agency based in Melbourne, servicing brands Australia-wide. Due to our rapid growth, we’re looking for a casual Digital Marketer superstar to join our team. Our founders have extensive experience in staff management, and believe that culture, equal opportunities, and staff engagement are key to a positive and productive workplace.
The position:
- Approx 16 hours per week. The hours are flexible and don’t need to be 1 whole day, but can be split into 2 lots of 4 hour blocks
 - The hours may be flexible each week. Some weeks we might ask for more hours, some weeks might be less
 - All hours will be work from home (WFH)
 - We’ll provide remote access to all the systems you’ll need for the position
 - The successful candidate is to provide their own assets (Laptop, phone, internet). All assets must be up to date and fully functional.
 - May suit a student who is not yet certified, but currently studying Digital Marketing
 - May suit a return to work parent, who has experience in Digital Marketing and might be looking for flexible hours
 
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage website traffic, content updates, SEM and SEO measurements
 - Create social media content
 - Create marketing emails (EDM’s)
 - Increase engagement and brand presence on digital and social media channels
 - Basic website design duties
 - Provide monthly reports and valuable insights
 - Monitor competitor activity in the digital space
 - Measure and manage ROI, provide in-depth reporting, and recommend improvements.
 - Various miscellaneous tasks & projects related to Digital Marketing
 
About You
The ideal candidate will be adaptable to multiple tasks, based on the weekly / monthly demands of the business. As a minimum, we require a small amount of experience in Digital Marketing and a positive attitude is a crucial element.
Experience in the following specific platforms are not crucial, but would be advantageous:
- HubSpot
 - WordPress / WooCommerce
 - Shopify
 - Monday.com
 - Microsoft 365 (Includes Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
 
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Experience using all Meta platforms
 - Experience using Canva
 - Strong communication skills, including both verbal & written
 - Strong attention to detail
 - Confidence to ask questions
 - A positive attitude
 - Google analytics and reporting skills
 - Experience in email marketing
